Shipping was fast, grill arrived damaged and unusable. Not mad, just one of those things. Seller was decent at communication, not terribly fast but not slow either. I offered to send it back but seller refunded and asked me to toss it in the trash. I threw it away as it can not be used as is. Thanks for being reasonably prompt and fair, it's unfortunate that it worked out this way but these things happen. Would definitely buy from again.
