    Shipping cost and time was ok. My mice were able to escape from under the door. I was able to figure out by watching one find the space and crawl back in. Provided photos to the seller (the spacing matches when I placed a ruler to it), and I was told that I'm SOL. No partial refund or panel replacement. I do not want to replace the cage, as I have nothing to put them in in the meantime. I literally have to block the door off on the bottom with an ugly strap. Do not buy from them.

    Our confusion would be why the customer may be demanding or assuming we would be obligated to offer a partial refund or even a replacement panel, when the bar spacing they showed AND confirmed in their own words to be the same size as the bar spacing of the wired panels. So unless the mice can go through every single bar spacing, not just under the door, the cage itself would not work for their needs nor would a replacement panel with the same size fix any issues. Yet they chose to keep the item
