    Item was delayed in shipping but seller provided a tracking # and then it arrived the next day. The shaver head was not in original packaging but it looks new and looks like the correct item, exactly as described. It makes a loud grinding noise like another buyer mentioned, and it doesn't seem to shave very well or close. Maybe it needs to break in, I don't know. I'll keep it and see how it goes.

    When I received the purchased item, I saw that it didn't fit the description listed which I used to make the purchase, The seller denied my return based on the "item didn't fit" response. Upon contacting Ebay customer service and explaining the problem I was having, she issued a refund. I wish the seller had opened a line of communication with me rather than me having to go thru Ebay.
