Monitor arrived on time with very cheap packaging. Still, it looked good on the outside - screen seemed great. As you can see from the picture they sent me a defective unit that wasn’t even repaired properly. It is insane to me how they listed it as ‘Certified Refurbished’ in the first place.
Communication is horrible. I would be lucky to get one message a day from them. They also refused to replace it for me - would have made things a lot easier. I was gonna buy another one but not anymore.

Perfect and as described, this monitor is a bargain at this price point, as new condition combined with a 2 year Allstate warranty. Come packaged efficiently even though in a generic package. No instructions come with the monitor, but, really, do we still need instructions to be printed?
