    Advertised as open box, this was indeed brand new in box, with paperwork and packing, and a pair of keys, and it was cheap. If you specifically need an oem dock for a 2010's laptop, this is genuine new old stock.

    Works perfectly

    I have this same one at work and I really liked it, but I was too cheap to buy it new. This one from eBay works perfectly! My external monitor (VGA), TV (using the DisplayPort), keyboard, and mouse all work great, and they come alive instantly whenever I dock. One thing I noticed is that when the external power is not plugged into the docking station (and the laptop is docked) the docking station does not function. This is important because I wanted to do a presentation and I didn't have a mini DisplayPort-to-HDMI (mini DisplayPort is the port on my laptop) cable, but I had a DisplayPort-to-HDMI (the port on the docking station) cable. I couldn't figure out why the image wasn't displaying on the TV. Then I finally plugged the docking station into the wall and it came up. In retrospect, ...

    T430 Docking Station

    Although the T430 is old, it is still a viable laptop. It helps that accessories for this laptop are now available at bargain prices. The Docking Station makes it easy to pick up the laptop and run without having to disconnect any cables. Although the Dock is used, it looks like new and functions flawlessly.

    Nice companion to the T430 ThinkPad

    Nice companion to the T430 ThinkPad computer so that you can connect all your devices (printer, extra storage, speakers, etc ) to this in place of connecting to your computer everytime you want to use printer, etc. Charges the computer battery very fast, too!
