    Item arrived in a literal ziplock bag with a couple pieces of tape which was kinda crazy, didn’t know you could even send packages like that but it got here so guess you can lol. Would not rate this item as being “excellent” quality by any means, but for the low price I’m content.

    To help buyers with cost, I have been shipping items in ziploc baggies with the shipping label inside, to be protected from weather, for the past 20 years. The baggie is folded over and properly taped shut. First time anyone has had an issue! BTW, skirt was new without the tag.
