Item description said open. Item description did not include used by someone else. I guess it's okay I had to sanitize them as I told the seller. Seller needs to understand used headphones can cause deep ear infection swimmer ear or spread fungal infections. One of the headphone pieces were on backwards. If they weren't used peace would not be backwards parrot The pictures don't show it but there was hair and fuzz in the earbud case. Thank you. ALEX.
