I would recommend this seller. Set up was reasonably easy, but there IS a "learning curve" going from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Only problems I have had is trying to get my older programs to run under the new operating system. Two in particular that I use almost daily will not run under Windows 10 so I'm having to maintain my older PC and switch between the two to be able to do my every day tasks.

The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
