The Kastar battery I bought was identical to the canon battery which came with my canon VIXIA HF R300, but the charging station did not fit the two batteries, the charging docks are both sized for a BP-727 battery. If you are looking to buy this product so that you can charger two BP-709 batteries, you’re out of luck. The packaging says it should be able to charge BP-709 batteries but it does not fit them. However the battery is legit.
