    easy to follow

    Even if you haven't been in a class, this is a good book to see what the exercises look like. the photos and detailed explanations are very good. I really like that they show you what muscles you are working. the end of the book has some workouts and they again are easy to follow. I also have a few others in this series, Abs and Yoga. both well worth it.
