    Super easy, super good recipes

    Though I've been a vegetarian for over 35 yrs. I have never liked to cook. When my husband- an excellent cook- got tired of the job what was I to do? Salad dinners, frozen veggie burgers, and pasta only go so far... This explains why it took me all these years to discover the fabulous Mollie Katzen. If you love good food that's nutritious, not challenging to prepare, and really tasty this is the book for you!! Oh, and she tells you how long it takes to prep and cook each recipe which comes in very handy.

    Enchanted Broccoli Forest, Wonderful choice!

    Recieved this book from my mother when I was about 20 years old. Thought it was interesting....but seldom used. Years later, my kids were 11,10,3 & 2, I discoved wonderful recipes within its pages and our favorite was Spinach Noodles. They are a little tricky to dry, so be creative. We lost all our cookbooks last year in a house fire, and this is one of the first we had to replace! My son, the baby of our household, is 12 now and he told me a few weeks ago that he really wanted some of those "green noodles" we use to make! Well, we then started the hunt for a new copy of our old book, and now we are making green nooles and trying new recipes to go with them! ps, this may be a great vegitarian cookbook, but we are not vegitarian and it works great for us!
