The monitor arrived in great shape, in a well-packed box. I plugged it in, hooked it to the Mac and haven't looked back. Cosmetics are great, just a few minor scratches from being used. Glass is unbroken and the color is good. Other than the couple of scratches, I can't tell it from a new one.
Great customer service, great product, great delivery. Couldn't ask for more.
