I purchased a small antique ladder and paid $38.50 for shipping. The ladder arrived wrapped in a thin layer of plastic wrap and nothing else. No box, just plastic wrap. Also, the shipping label had been stapled with about 8 heavy duty staples. I had to pull them out with pliers leaving holes and gouges. I sent a message to this seller and his response was that a few holes is not going to hurt a piece of furniture that is primitive. Unbelievable!
