I prodotti oggetto di ripensamento dovranno essere restituiti a cura e spese del consumatore, in condizioni di sostanziale integrità, al medesimo indirizzo sopracitato.

Una volta ricevuta la merce e verificatane l'integrità provvederemo, nel più breve tempo possibile, ad accreditare al cliente il costo dei prodotti restituiti, trattenendo, ove necessario, l’importo delle spese di spedizione che resteranno comunque a carico del cliente.

Si specifica che per gli oggetti acquistati in modalità “spedizione gratuita” il rimborso sarà ugualmente al netto delle spese di spedizione sostenute dal venditore, sebbene esse non siano esposte separatamente dal prezzo dell’oggetto.

Oggetto ricevuto non funzionante o danneggiato:

Laddove l’acquirente si accorgesse di aver ricevuto un oggetto danneggiato o non funzionante può richiederne la sostituzione oppure rinunciare all’acquisto secondo le stesse modalità del diritto di recesso.
