Item not as described. Seller told me to LIE (to say that I ordered by mistake, return item, & they would re-ship correct item to me in order to resolve concerns - which would have ended costing me MORE in shipping than the item was worth!). Tried to lecture me (& I am NOT dumb) - awful customer service. Not quick to respond and very condescending!!! Ordered knife with black handle but sent me one that clearly has a light brown handle.

Buyer is disingenuous and misrepresents the truth. Please read the item description and see that this item, the 22 or 1022 has never been manufactured with a black handle. We attempted to politely inform the buyer, but were met with profane resistance. Despite the fact that the error was not on our part, we provided a return label and a full refund. Negative feedback was our unjust reward.
