This seller sent me a defective product I asked them to send me a new one or a return label so I could send this one back they told me I could not get it returned and that I was trying to get money for nothing the button is clearly stuck and the product does not work right this person is not reliable I don't recommend buying from this person sending a complaint request to eBay immediately

This is actually funny. Take a look at the pictures. The buyer didn't want to return the item but wanted money back. The picture shows how the buyer shoved a button under the case and wanted me to pay for him to fix. I had a remote beside me and did the same and sent him a picture to show him it was a case of him trying to get something for nothing. He was persistent and wanted money... I'm sorry... most buyer are great but I am not a pushover for freebies or abuse of the system.
