1st photo (cover) is very misleading - 2 hooks and 1 box with fittings inside.
As a visual person like myself I made assumption that there were two hooks.
Seller ghosted after the initial response that listing details were correct "which I do not disagree with"
However, there is no duty of care by the seller to ensure misunderstanding doesn't happen to another customer. The Listing still shows 1st picture of 2 hooks and 1 packaging box??????
