... Hello! ... I received the item yesterday. 01/24/02024 ... This morning, 01/25/2024, I unpack everything, sort things around, and ready to start assembling ... To my surprise I could not find the "instructions manual? anywhere .. I looked in between panel, packing material, foam protectors, cardboard separators, inside and out the box, hoping something would be tape/glues to it ... Re-checked everything twice, the whole process ... How "FRUSTRATING" ... They have one job, and one job only ...

It shipped very fast via federal express. It took me about 4 hours to put together. I would have had it done sooner, but the instructions left alot to be desired. Luckily, I am logical and took my time. It is a very nice addition to my office. I am happy with it. I would of given 5 starts if not for the instructions. Seriously need to redo the instruction book.

Mats originally were lost in transit - whether that be seller or FEDEX error is unknown. Contacted the seller and was very tentative to remedy the issue. When new shipment received - mats were well package and exactly as described. For the price, I would 100% by these mats again. Perfect fit in the vehicle and heavy duty for their thickness. While they're not WeatherTech mats - they are a much better deal and I can foresee them lasting a while.

Product arrived earlier than predicted and was well packaged and contained all labeled parts. No written directions, although pictures were fairly easy to follow. Of the 4 wheels that were to be screwed in, only 3 of the 4 would set. After trying other wheels in that particular (D) leg, it became clear that the screw holder was faulty. I contacted the seller, sent pictures, and the seller was quick to respond. I was offered a partial refund or a replacement part. Great customer service!

Came in 2 days after I ordered and it's just like the description. Sticks as soon as I get to the bottom of the box I see one is unraveled :( I'll have to try to hot glue it back I guess. Overall great seller communication and fast shipping.
