    Hello, the seller was descriptive enough of the item arriving no problem, the packing however was quite a bit on the shady side, no padding to protect the units, to where it caused damage to the unit, breaking 3 of the cassette buttons, contacted the seller of the matter what happened, and it was immediate that I was provided with a full refund, didn't have to return the item at all, and for this, I am eternally grateful to the seller for doing this, Thank you ever so much.     So dang mad

    This expansion pack repeatedly locked up 😠 and finally crashed my laptop, and then when we tried to reinstall it on our regular computer -thinking it was the laptop problem-, it not only crashed as well, but when I attempted to uninstall it, on BOTH, It then automatically uninstalled all my original Sims games prior, and now it won't let me reinstall ANY of them. I was advised against getting YOUR expansion pack. Should have listened obviously. Thanks a lot.😠
