Buyers beware! Seller sends incorrect item and does not bother to make things right . Rude and disrespectful. Please save yourself the time and take your business somewhere else! Ordered a baby mattress and received something completely different from what was advertised! Then seller proceeds to claim I’m the one at fault! SCAM ALERT! Lol this genius wanted me to refund him and wanted to keep the supposedly "incorrect" item. Then he proceeded to say it wasn't the right item or even the right brand but sends me a picture of the label showing that it's exactly what he ordered. Guess Ebay laughed at him too since he's resorting to leaving negative feedback. Sucks when that's your only recourse I guess.

Waited nearly 2 weeks for the order,and packing material was terrible....a ripped and retaped envelope. Seller has resorted to nasty name calling when I let them know and I will never buy from this seller again nor will I reply to his nasty messages. They are done!!

Lies, lies and more lies. The item was shipped in a padded envelope and the item itself is in a sealed box. Apparently Sally doesn't know how mail sorting here in America works and apparently thinks everything is done by hand and not machine sorted. If the envelope gets ripped after I mail it then that's not on me. Regardless, the item inside said envelope wouldn't be damaged. Gotta love scammers that live in their own little world.

Unfortunately, the package arrived damaged ... most likely due to the handling through the postal service. Cost was refunded to me. Now need to take the damaged packaging to the post office as part of the claims process.
