Perfect!
I owned a Targus for many years but the leather came apart. I was really upset and didn't want to look into a replacement but I came across the Trent Airbender 1.0 and it had gotten so many good reviews I went ahead and bit the bullet. I love the feature of the multiple angles the pad can sit. I love the hard shell cover and the best feature of all is the magnet in the cover that puts the iPad to sleep (my Targus didn't have that capability). The case is by far very nice...hands down!I owned a Targus for many years but the leather came apart. Great product but poor quality
I love the quick keyboard access. It connects very quickly to bluetooth. Battery lasts for a long time. The plastic is cheap and the hinges broke the first day I used it. The weight of the iPad fell open and broke the hinge. I like that the iPad can sit in multiple positions, and swivel, and flip, but this causes it to be very flimsy and it falls open easily. It does not lock shut. in tablet mode, it slips and it is not sturdy. If you use this for destop use or on occasional travel, it is very nice for the price. Very versatile case, lots of features
This is a very versatile case for the ipad. First, as simply a protective case is does a very good job. The hard plastic clamshell seems very durable and the ipad is very securely gripped to the upper portion. The keyboard portion of the case is excellent. It was very easy to set up - from out of the box to fully connected in less than a minute. It has all the funtionality of a full keyboard. The tactile response is very good and it feels very natural to type on. This whole review was typed up on it. I have large hands and typing is still very easy. The function keys on the top are also a very nice touch. I can adjust the brightness and volume, control video playback, and make copy/paste adjustments. It has maximum versatility for any use, and is a must-have for anyone who needs to regularly type emails/documents etc on your ipad. It is incredibly user-friendly and I highly recommend it.

Great addition to iPad
I use the AirBender with iPad 2 (Model A1459). The case is made of sturdy plastic, fits snugly and holds the iPad securely (and it's easy to remove if necessary). The keyboard has a pleasant rubber-like finish which is resistant to fingerprints. Typing is comfortable even for people with relatively large hands (like mine). The angle arm is easily adjusted even with one hand and holds the device steady in both of available slots either in vertical and horizontal positions. Bluetooth pairing was a breeze, connection was done in a minute and never lost. I have yet to discover the battery life since after two weeks of use there are no need to recharge the keyboard even though I did not turn the keyboard off. Like the Apple brand cover, the AirBender has a smart sleep/wake function which is ... I use the AirBender with iPad 2 (Model A1459). I was lucky enough to test the Airbender 1.0 NT38B (for iPad2/3/4) at a deeply discounted rate directly from NewTrent. I received the item at a reduced price in return for a fair and reliable review based on my user experience. I now have 2 of their products (a phone case and this iPad case), and I am in love with both of them. First off, they look great - very modern and sleek. They work for both men and women - which is nice, since my husband and I share an iPad. I telecommute to work, and usually use my laptop. It was always kind of difficult to use the iPad, because my job involves a lot of typing. This iPad case has they keyboard built right in, and it makes it so easy to use it instead of my laptop, which is great because the iPad is so much smaller to carry. Not to mention the ... I have been using it for 2 weeks, and have not had to charge it yet. It is very easy to pair with the iPad - it is bluetooth, so just turn on bluetooth on the iPad, and find the keyboard on the list. I also like that there are two resting places for you iPad when using the keyboard, so it is adjustable - you can tilt and angle it as needed. The arm on the back also extends, giving you even more freedom to adjust it. There are rubber stoppers on the bottom to keep it from slipping when placed on a hard surface, as well as on the inside of the case to protect the tablet. The case does not make the tablet overly thick (which is surprising with the built in keyboard) I am overall very impressed with this iPad case, and have yet to find anything that I don't like about it. Great product! I highly recommend (and have recommended to my friends already) If you're on the fence, get it - you will not be disappointed!
