Description said; New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable).
However it was plain to see that they had been resealed and it was quite evident that the seller knew one of the brackets was defective during manufacturing. Which explains the low price!
OH well fro what I paid for them I think I can make them work!

I hired a college student to sell the inventory from our shop which closed at the end of June. He would have no way of knowing anything was wrong with the item because he is not familiar with truck partsd. I do apologize. I told him to price everything low to liquidate. Those should have been sold for around $200 (in new condition) so I agree that you got a good deal on them even if one was defective. I definitely would have allowed a return if asked.
