Controller was in new unused condition, no problems with it.. But listing should have been "New - Open Box," because frankly, the plastic of the OEM packaging was totally ripped apart, and only stays together thanks to the seller's generous clear packing tape job. The original packaging's condition clearly changed sometime after the listing's pics were taken. That said, the price Was still Accurate even considering all I've stated, and the transaction was good. Would still recommend to others.
