I bought this used CPU to upgrade an old Asus M2N-MX SE Plus MOBO. It is a bit faster than the old CPU, and allows running the RAM at 1066 mhz instead of a maximum of 800 mhz. I had to update the BIOS, but that was easy on this MOBO. It was a bargain at $13.80, compared to a retail price of around $100, and works 100% like a new one. It has noticeably speeded up my old computer. I am happy with it and would do it again.
