The seat is 4” lower that any other seating surface on our patio by 4”. We had this put together for the weekend parties but we feel it’s unsafe for anyone to sit on without a total rework. I’ve sent an email to the seller and their reply was unsatisfactory. In conclusion, I would not recommend this patio set to anyone.

I have sent them pictures of the wrong item that I received but they keep telling me I am sending photos in the wrong format. When I told them the item I received would not work as it was the wrong size and not what I ordered they told me I didn't understand how the product worked and that they could give me 50% back.
