The box is a bit beat up and there are two small indentations on the item itself, but only noticeable upon very close inspection. The functionality of the case isn't affected at all. The box was definitely opened before, but the case is very clean. The screen protectors were packaged inside the case, causing some small bending on the corner of one of them. I am satisfied with the overall quality and look, and the price can't be beat. Great seller! I would recommend.
