Bad packaging! Completely sellers fault. The top plastic piece was received damaged. It was a gift and recipient was very dissatisfied. She tried to repair herself but even after fixed the gauge was not reading accurate compared to other Rain gauge. Do not buy just a novelty piece, looks great but doesn't work.
