Poor packaging caused one piece of the decal to become damaged. Bag is unsealed on both ends and one section fell to the floor and became damaged upon opening package. Contacted seller, and they did not offer any help other than a link to the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and they never replied. I wasted over $200 on this product and cannot use it because I am missing the damaged section now and have been unable to get it replaced by the seller or manufacturer.
