The negative feedback was buyers response. There was no deficiencies in the packaging of this item it was obviously tampered with and ripped open and very questionable about when and where the loss took place.

The seller rectified it, no questions asked, and immediately sent out a replacement at no extra cost, and didn't even request a return of the damaged one, which will now be used to do something art related. All and all, more than fair transaction. Well fair for me, probably not so fair for the seller. Apologies that USPS wasn't kinder to the first shipment!
