I can't say enough nice things about this seller. I bought a pendant from her and then, I found a duplicate of a much beloved, but now broken, pearl pin in a lot of several other items she was selling. I bought the lot, too, and contacted her about shipping all together. (I thought one box might be easier to pack and that little pearl pin might be safer) Not only did she respond immediately with a "yes" - but I found out I got a refund on shipping. This vendor was kind enough to refund me portions of the shipping costs, after I won multiple auctions within a short period of time,even though I didn’t inquire at the possibility of combining them to save on shipping costs. I truly appreciate that they did this for me, especially since I have won multiple items from other vendors and they still charged me the original shipping costs!
