That afternoon I received instructions on returning the slide stop, including a shipping label.     Fit and Function better than Colt...

    I've always had problems with Colt slide locks/releases from Colt. This part is much better in fit and quality and function than my colt original.

    Not MIM

    I purchased the part because it's not made of molded injected metal (MIM), it is made out of a solid stock heat treated stainless steel. No more worrying about an MIM process made parts breaking

    .45 stainless slide stop

    Perfect fit on my Rock Island ms .45 without any fitting. Had a couple of tool marks but all in all good quality. I ordered matte finish but decided to polish.
