Excellent service. The item arrived in record time with a nice note from seller. The mailbox alert looks great. Unfortunately, it doesn't work on my mailbox because of a decorative border around the opening of the box. The product looks strong and durable. I loved that the ball has holes. My old one didn't, so it collected water. I poked a hole in it, but eventually that caused it to break. I think this design is much letter. Bottom line: Good product, great service, just didn't work for me.
