I have used it for 3 years, the formulation is different. It has a hint of menthol now. It is a bit thinner, and I cannot smell whatever ingredient it was that smelled slightly sweet before. It does stop my face from itching, and it is a good facial moisturizer

Great cream but size is to small for the price.
The isal is different from last year. Now is lighter pink and different smell then before is not as effective as before. I wonder what was changed from before. Negative side is the cream is too expensive,

Transparency?
Apparently, there is ketoconazole in it, which I wouldn’t say is drug free, although it would be steroid free. Seller wouldn’t disclose to me how much ketoconazole is in it; just said it was under international limits. In the US 2% is prescription strength, and for use at least 2 years old. I bought it for my infant as friends recommended it to me for eczema. It works well, but I’m just not sure how safe it is to actually be used often on my child as I have no idea the dosing of ketoconazole in it.
