    The seller did not send the item pictured in the listing. He did send a return label promptly. I returned the item but did not receive a refund. I had to contact him again and he stated that he does not issue refunds and that I had to contact e-bay to receive my money. Not only did I not receive the item pictured in the listing, but I had the added inconvenience of having to contact e-bay directly and spend over 1/2 hour on the phone so that they could verify and issue the refund. What a pain!
