You didn’t like my last review that was honest where I called you a scammer lol. Yet, you straight up bait and switched what product you sent me. What do you call that? A SCAM! That’s right! I was supposed to get ISO’s hair treatment with Argan oil, but that was not what I received. Also, I found out if you return a product for a refund your review gets deleted. So I opted to not return it and just throw it out instead so my review can warn others! I have no reason to lie.

All our feedback shows we are responsible and work very hard to keep all our customers happy. We sell on eBay for 17 years, and our feedback shows our cusotmers are very happy. The photos this customer sent us shows the customer received the correct product, so I don't really understand why this customer seeks to hurt our family business with this nagative feedback even while we offered a full resulotion and a refund upon return.
