helped with my 13 yrld stomach pain everytime
this really work for my 13 years old stomach pain. he has ibs/acid reflux. i give him 1 teaspoon everyday every 4 to 5 hrs once after breakfast, once after dinner, n half a teaspoon bfore bedtime. i always waite 1 hr after he ate bfore giving to him cuz it seemed to work better for him this way. i also mix the nighttime gripe water with half a teaspoon of mommyblisss constipation ease everytime. i dont know about longterm use, but ive been using this for about 6 months. i wish theres someone out there that can tell me if its safe to use longterm, especially the dosage i use is pretty low, i think.
