The shampoo and conditioner arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The shipping box was in good shape, but the product inside the box was leaking everywhere. I discovered that the conditioner bottle is cracked on the bottom. I contacted the seller on 3/5/23 and a full two weeks later I have not heard a word from them. Doubt I’d buy from them again.
