    Nice, long project

    Finely detailed in a scale large enough to work with. Even for my 60 year old hands and eyes. Rigging details sketchy but If you've built sailing ships before, you'll have no trouble.

    Not a bargain for sure.

    I should have bought new, I knew it was an open box , but i did not know a lot of the small parts had been detached from the runners . They could have been put into a plastic ziploc bag and maybe wouldnt have fallen out of the box. The outside box had a big dent in it and so the box inside also had big gaps on the sides. lots of small parts missing , 15 of the 30 cannons gone. The plastic sails big dents in them. A lot if small stuff missing. I have another jolly rodger now, so will keep the mangled one for extra parts. Not a good idea buying an open box, live and learn

    Lindberg Jolly Roger (La Flore) ship kit.

    Nice detail on the ships hull, the engraving was fairly fine and not overdone. The rigging instructions were poor but overall I was pleased with the model and would recommend it.
