Shipping and communications was good. After cutting the grass with my Greenworks Mower 3-times I have to say the batteries work about 60% as long as the OEM Greenworks brand. They do cost about half as much as the OEM Batteries so I think I am slightly ahead of the game. Also these batteries are difficult to eject from the mower housing compared to OEM. It appears that they are slightly larger making it difficult to install and eject from mower.

G-MAX Recon 40V battery
A little early to tell but gave it a pretty good workout twice. Has plenty of power however doesn't seem to hold a charge quite as long as my original one. And that was pointed out in the description. Takes a charge well in a reasonable about of time. Battery charge indicator appears to be dead on. So far I'm not disappointed.

Works but with problems
Pros = Battery works but it is new, time will tell. Cons = Not as pictured, release trigger is black as is release catch, very cheap and sloppy mechanism. The battery fit in the charger and tools is extremely tight have to fight every time to get the battery out. I did have to grease all slide points to make it easier to remove battery.

Battery works as well as original
This is a factory, refurbished battery. When I first used it, after charging, the battery worked well for about 20 minutes, then would stop delivering a charge after about every three minutes of usage. I though it might be defective, but I set it in the charger until the next snow, (three days), and used this battery first. The battery went for about one hour before running out of a charge. The original problem was apparently caused by not having a full charge on the battery.This is a factory, refurbished battery.
