  • Topnotch scrambler

This rating is based on only a few weeks' experience so keep that in mind. Bike was needed for mixed use---paved road, unpaved drive, grassy hills, mud, a little snow and ice, and some woodland with steep trails. Basically a hunting bike. The huge tires grip EVERYTHING including wet leaves. The motor is strong enough to climb a decent incline (20 degrees-ish) unaided on dry grass or better; otherwise a little pedal helps. Will drag a loaded sled uphill. For reference I'm 5'2" 100lbs. in my fifties and the bike feels big---thought it would be more like a boy's BMX from the Wal but it is super stoutly built and heavy! The motor is reasonably quiet and battery life is excellent. Brakes do the job. Knocked one star off for: limited instructions on how to slap it together (take it to a shop if ...

  • Great bang for the buck for smaller riders.

Bought for my daughter, 5-4, 135lbs. It fits her, but I really don't think this is for anyone over maybe 5-7" and 175lbs. The motor is strong enough to get her around, but not that impressive. She can hit about 16mph on throttle only on flats. I think the drag of the fat tires are a big factor. Pedaling it with the motor off is definitely a chore. One sort of hack that she came up with was to go full throttle plus pedal in the top gear, she can get up to about 22mph max doing this before she can't spin any faster with the stock gearing. On pedal assist only, she can only get it to about 18. The bike is basically a 20" bmx with a really long fork and flat bars to give it a mtb look, not really a true mtb frame. Bike is a good value as compared to what else is out there in this price range ...

  • Pretty good value for money, great beginners electric bicycle.

Overall good quality components. Brakes could really use an upgrade depending on your riding style. Frame is a bit small but can be tweaked to accommodate taller individuals. Realistic range is ~25-30 miles depending on how flat your terrain is.

  • Good product

Easy to assembly using the logic knowledge, because the instructions are not clear at all, the images are on backwards. Very good power on the electric motor.
