I will not downright demonize anyone here. My item sat on paid for 5 days before it shipped to their distribution center where it sat for another 9 DAYS without moving! all 9 days it said "Acceptance Pending" and never left california where it was from. They told me their shipping departs within 3 to 5 business days of payment the first time. Then during the distribution, they said I should get an update within 8 days. Didn't happen. Quick to respond though, and gave me my refund.
