Communication was great; tray as described. Although shipping was slow, that’s the USPS’ fault. The care in packing the tray was exceptional! Last summer I had a negative experience with USPS. I also know how to pack, used plenty of bubble wrap, peanuts, heavy duty box, and loads of wrapping paper. The 18 inch tall angel came broken in many pieces. Post office would not reimburse me for the damage angel.

Package came extremely wet, though I was able to pick it up within a few minutes of delivery. It was wrapped/packed well. One figure has rub marks on nose and ruff; did not notice this on the posting. It will still make a fine gift.
