The board on one of them was not screwed down so I had to run down some tiny screws and finish the assembly before I could hook it up. I guess it was quitting time and the Asian worker blew it off? Since the plastic envelope containing the enclosure was unopened, the product must have left the factory that way- certainly not the seller's problem.
