    MK 7 helps me with my hip!

    I have osteopenia so I have to take Calcium supplement. Even I have been taking Calcium, my hip still hurt! I heard that MK7 ( VitK2) helps the Calcium deposit to the bone other than go to somewhere else. So I took Vit K2 for about a week, I don’t feel any pain in my hip. I guess the Calcium goes to the right place now! I really recommend this Vit K2!
