Somehow when I purchased this jack, I was double ordered and it appeared 2 jacks were ordered. Not a good way to sell items. But after a few frustrating days of back and forth emails, it was sorted out, I have my one jack and it works great. Be careful when placing an order and you have paid. You could get a notice informing you to complete your transaction. That's how your item gets ordered twice.
