Apologies you’ve had issues. However, yes it only has 2 hard drives which is exactly what the listing says….The default password is on a sticker in the box and is “password”. Had you replied to and read 1 of the 3 messages sent prior to shipping you would have seen this. You purchased this overseas. I am in the UK. I cannot send a power cable for a country that’s not the UK without communication from the buyer first as I wouldn’t know what the local power connection where you are in the world. J
