Ring was advertised as size 9. It is a size 6 (verified). Seller did not accept returns. I contacted seller who said to start the return. I was unable to proceed with the return because section was flagged as "Seller does not accept Returns". I recontacted the seller who told me to take this to eBay. Had a TERRIBLE time getting through to a eBay representative as there was no solution to problem like I had on their site.

To clarify on this comment, the ring was the wrong size but eBay would not let me start a return on my end. When the buyer messaged me stating they would like to return the item, I said I would be happy to let them return the item for a full refund. Except they would have to contact eBay regarding the return since I could not start it on my end. Overall the ring was returned and buyer received a refund.
