We only used the small parts we needed for the repair - the small tube and the critical sharkbite style plastic end piece. Those worked perfectly. The hose clamps were also quality and will be used, but we'll not be installing the questionable tubing on any vehicle. If this part fails, a $25K engine is ruined if the engine is not immediately turned off.
