    Lightweight - What I needed

    I'm glad I had (2) $100 discounts even after these, I kept thinking do I really what to spend that much (due to it was still above my price range) as you can see I bought it. After it arrived and I unpacked the multiple tools, extensions, however there wasn’t a basic wall-mount storage tool holder/rack. Luckily I had a plastic tub to put them in but now I have to dig through the tub so I haven't tried some of the tools. As for the vacuum itself, (even though it looks like it is going to be heavy/awkward), I like how lightweight it is especially on the stairs! Read the directions that come with it, as I did. It says to charge it before first use and check the dirt canister often. The latter made my other vacuum look like it hadn’t been doing a very good job on my carpeted areas. Empty the ...

    Dyson, you need to do some real world research on your product.

    I love my original V8, it was very powerful and easy to operate. I had Rotator Cuff surgery and had the use of only one arm and the V8 was so great to be able to do it with only one arm was very cool. SO after 2 years of daily use I thought I'd upgrade to the V10. Big mistake and I hate saying that, this unit has a great power source and maneuverability are outstanding but emptying the debris chamber is insanely difficult and where they place the chamber compare to the V8 is very cumbersome as well. I use this vacuum daily and it's so bad I'm trying to return it.

    Dyson V10 is great.

    I love my new Dyson V10. It is more powerful than my earlier model V6 Absolute. It comes with the newer cleaning head for both hard floors and carpet making it easy to use without changing heads. Lots of other attachments too.

    Battery dead on arrival

    Support determined that the battery Is faulty and had to send a new one. Two week after I made the purchase and we still haven’t had a chance to use it. I’m sure it’s great but so far the vacuum quality and speed of battery replacement has been disappointing.
