There was no defects and was exactly as the seller stated in the description. We use Verizon and their prices are unreal. This is so much more affordable in comparison especially for our family of 5. We plan to buy a few more to have as backups to have on hand. The look of the phone is great and as quality as a Verizon locked phone.
